Jan Exner is a founding partner of Fairzone. He specializes in anti-doping and EU law. He is a CAS arbitrator and teaches at the Faculty of Law of Charles University. Sport is his work and his biggest hobby. He used to do orienteering and is currently an avid triathlete.

Jiří Janák is a founding partner of Fairzone. His practice focuses on civil and commercial law, competition law, federal law and European law. Prior to joining the Bar, he was a professional circuit car racer. Motorsport is still his great hobby.

Jan Stanek is a founding partner of Fairzone. He specializes in anti-doping, contract law, representing clients in negotiations and disputes. He is an arbitrator of the National Court of Arbitration for Sport and a member of expert committees in the football environment. He has been active in sport all his life and as an official.

Aleš is a recent graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University. He has been cooperating with Fairzone's founding partner Jiří Janák for a long time and his work consists of various legal agenda. He devotes almost all of his free time to his greatest hobby, ice hockey.

Veronika is a recent graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University. She specializes in federal law and EU law. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, hiking in the mountains, and recharging her batteries by baking sweets or cheering on her favorite hockey team.

Patrik is a student at the Faculty of Law of Charles University. He is interested in sports law in the context of the European legal framework, especially in doping and competition rules. In his free time he enjoys watching alternative films, reading about history and travelling.

Monika is a student at the Faculty of Law of Charles University. She also studies political science at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University. She specializes in arbitration. She is also a member of the university team in the Willem C. Vis Moot Competition. In her spare time she enjoys hiking and climbing.

Simona is nearing the finish line of her “pentathlon” at Masaryk University’s Faculty of Law. In her legal practice, she focuses on anti-doping, international law, and EU law. Sports are an integral part of her professional and personal life. Before starting college, she actively played floorball; today, she engages in sports primarily for recreation. She most enjoys spending her free time hiking, skiing, or watching ice hockey, whether on TV or live at the stadium.

Ondřej is a student at the Faculty of Law of Charles University. Outside of school, he is a top orienteer.

At Fairzone, Zuzana combines structure with empathy and takes care of internal processes and team relationships. With her experience in communication and people development, she brings balance, calm and humanity to the company. Outside of work, she acts as a coach and supports people through life and career transitions. She draws energy from nature, yoga, running and swimming - and finds balance with a good coffee and a piece of cake.
